1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User," "Player," or "you") and mph365 (hereinafter "mph365," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the mph365 online gaming platform accessible at https://mph365.cam and all associated services, mobile applications, and gaming products offered by mph365 within the Republic of the Philippines.

mph365 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting to the mph365 website. Your continued use of mph365 services following any modification constitutes acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure awareness of current provisions governing your use of mph365 services.

1.1 SERVICE DESCRIPTION

mph365 operates as an online gaming platform providing Filipino players with access to casino games, live dealer experiences, slot machines, sports betting markets, and other gambling entertainment products. Our services are designed specifically for the Philippine market, featuring integration with local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banking institutions, customer support in English and Tagalog, and compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and standards.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

2.1 AGE RESTRICTION

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities on mph365. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure with forfeiture of account balance.

2.2 GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

mph365 services are intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located within Philippine territory when accessing mph365 services. Users accessing mph365 from prohibited jurisdictions or while traveling outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations governing online gaming in their location.

2.3 LEGAL CAPACITY

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals deemed legally incompetent, subject to guardianship, or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are prohibited from using mph365 services. By creating an account, you confirm that no legal disability prevents you from entering into this agreement.

2.4 SINGLE ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with mph365. Creating multiple accounts, using nominee accounts, allowing others to access your account, or otherwise circumventing this restriction constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in closure of all associated accounts with forfeiture of balances.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

3.1 REGISTRATION PROCESS

To access mph365 gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information including full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, residential address, and any other information reasonably requested by mph365. All information provided must be truthful, current, and complete.

You agree to immediately update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. mph365 reserves the right to verify all information provided and may request supporting documentation at any time.

3.2 ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including username, password, and any security questions or authentication methods. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. Any activity occurring under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

You agree to immediately notify mph365 of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. mph365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence.

3.3 ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

mph365 implements "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and industry best practices. You may be required to provide identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. Standard documents accepted include valid Philippine passport, driver's license, postal ID, national ID card, utility bills, or bank statements showing your registered address.

Verification typically completes within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receiving all required documents. mph365 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information if deemed necessary to complete verification satisfactorily.

4. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT METHODS

4.1 ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

mph365 accepts deposits through various payment methods tailored for Filipino players including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to Philippine banking institutions (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), over-the-counter payment at authorized retail locations, cryptocurrency transfers (USDT TRC20), and other payment channels as specified on our website. Payment method availability may vary based on transaction amount, account status, and other factors at mph365's sole discretion.

4.2 DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

The minimum deposit amount is Twenty Philippine Pesos (₱20.00) unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotional offers. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method, account verification level, and regulatory requirements. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender.

Deposits are generally credited to your mph365 account instantly or within minutes, though certain payment methods may require longer processing times. mph365 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.3 RESPONSIBLE DEPOSIT LIMITS

mph365 provides responsible gaming tools allowing you to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours. Limit decreases take effect immediately. You are encouraged to set deposit limits appropriate to your financial circumstances and to treat gaming as entertainment rather than income generation.

5. WITHDRAWALS AND PAYOUTS

5.1 WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of account verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are approved by mph365 for valid reasons.

The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). mph365 processes withdrawal requests during business hours (Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Philippine Standard Time). Most withdrawals to GCash, PayMaya, and cryptocurrency wallets are processed within ten (10) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers typically process within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.2 WITHDRAWAL VERIFICATION

First withdrawals and large withdrawal requests may require enhanced verification procedures including additional identity verification, source of funds documentation, or other reasonable inquiries. mph365 reserves the right to conduct security checks before processing withdrawals. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in withdrawal delays or denial.

5.3 WITHDRAWAL LIMITS

Unverified accounts may have reduced withdrawal limits. Fully verified accounts enjoy higher limits as specified in account settings. mph365 reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits based on account history, gaming patterns, regulatory requirements, or other legitimate business considerations.

6. GAMING RULES AND CONDUCT

6.1 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms: cheating, collusion, or any fraudulent activity; using automated betting systems, bots, or software to gain unfair advantage; exploiting software errors or game malfunctions for financial gain; money laundering or using mph365 for any illegal financial activities; abusive or threatening behavior toward mph365 staff or other players; bonus abuse including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code of mph365 software; interfering with platform security systems or attempting unauthorized access to mph365 systems.

mph365 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and to suspend or terminate accounts pending investigation. Violation of prohibited activities may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

6.2 GAME INTEGRITY

All games offered on mph365 utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent third-party laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by professional croupiers in licensed studios with multiple camera angles ensuring transparency. Game outcomes are determined by random chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or mph365.

6.3 GAME MALFUNCTION

In the unlikely event of software malfunction, technical error, or game disconnection, mph365 will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. If a malfunction causes a game round to be unable to complete, the wager may be refunded to your account. If a malfunction causes incorrect payouts, mph365 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance. Disputes regarding game malfunctions are subject to mph365's final determination.

7. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

7.1 BONUS TERMS

mph365 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance player entertainment. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during wagering, game restrictions, expiration periods, and other conditions specified in the promotional terms. Bonus terms are provided alongside each promotion and must be read carefully before claiming.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ranging from ten times (10x) to forty times (40x) the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering contribution varies by game type, with slots typically contributing 100%, table games contributing 10-20%, and certain games excluded entirely.

7.2 BONUS ABUSE

Bonus abuse including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other abuse of promotional offers is strictly prohibited. mph365 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts engaging in bonus abuse.

7.3 BONUS DISCRETION

mph365 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at our sole discretion without prior notice. We may exclude certain players from promotional offers based on gaming patterns, account history, or other legitimate business reasons.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or through mph365 services are the exclusive property of mph365 or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use mph365 services for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any mph365 content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of mph365 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

9.1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, mph365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunity; service interruptions or failures; unauthorized access to accounts; or any other damages regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of mph365 services shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9.2 USER INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mph365, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your use of mph365 services.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding mph365 services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or phone. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve complaints within seven (7) business days of receipt. For complaints requiring extensive investigation, we will provide regular status updates and strive for resolution within thirty (30) days.

10.2 ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of mph365 services that cannot be resolved through customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or similar arbitration body mutually agreed upon. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in English or Tagalog as mutually agreed.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations against mph365. All disputes must be brought individually. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.3 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION

11.1 VOLUNTARY CLOSURE

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon verification of your identity, we will process the closure request within forty-eight (48) hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.

11.2 SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

mph365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, abused bonuses or promotions, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to mph365 or other players. Upon termination for cause, any account balance may be forfeited.

11.3 INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. mph365 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50.00) for inactive accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before any maintenance fees are applied.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12.1 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mph365 regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

12.2 SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12.3 WAIVER

No waiver by mph365 of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. mph365's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without mph365's prior written consent. mph365 may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction, including to any parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, or successor entity.

12.5 FORCE MAJEURE

mph365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.
